All exhibitors must be amateur beer makers and reside in the county of San Luis Obispo or Santa Barbara. Please indicate on entry form variety of beer to ensure proper judging.. JUDGING IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Entries must be received between the dates allotted. All state and local rules apply. Print out entry receipt and rubber band around each bottle accordingly. Each entry consists of two (2) 12 oz. bottles for all classes.
Due to health and safety regulations, upon submission to the contest, all entries become the property of the California Mid-State Fair. Winning entries will be placed on display for the duration of the Fair in Commercial Building #2. Best of Show will be selected on overall points.
