The club meets the second Friday of each month. The evening starts with a Happy Hour where we enjoy appetizers, wine, and beer, often made by club members.
Next is a general membership meeting to disseminate information about upcoming events, and to conduct any necessary business. This is usually followed by a presentation from an industry expert, a blind wine and beer tasting, or an opportunity to test our knowledge. Guests are always welcome.
Aside from being able to borrow wine and beer making equipment members receive discounts at local industry related businesses as well as publications and for certain functions. Members often volunteer at local festivals getting a look behind the scenes and making new friends with like interests.
Club members mentor first time wine and beer makers. We encourage our members to enter their wine and beer in various state and local competitions and we have several multi-award winning members.
