For January we will have an interesting presentation about beer brewing from Aaron Smith, co-owner of Doc's Cellar in San Luis Obispo.  Aaron began home-brewing while working in the wine industry and has been doing so for over 20 years.  The winner of several home brew awards including several medals at the National Home-brew Competition and Best of Show at the Mid-State Fair will present information about beer brewing and how Doc’s Cellar can help with the process.
