Program November 2, 2018
DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WINE? DO YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR GOOD WINE EVEN BETTER?
Sherrie Holzer will provide remedies and tips to refine your wines after fermentation. Sherrie recently joined the Baker Wine and Grape Analysis team, applying her knowledge as a successful wine maker to develop a new Sensory Analysis program to refine your wine's flavor profile and aroma. She graduated from Fresno State with a Bachelor of Science in Enology and Chemistry, holds a wine business certificate from Sonoma State, and an Advanced Sensory Certification from UC Davis.
Sherrie is requesting that each member bring 4 wine glasses to the meeting.
Please remember we have a CHANGE OF VENUE for our next meeting. Wines and Steins will meet at the Templeton Community Center at 601 S. Main Street; Templeton from 6 to 9 PM this Friday, November 2.
