Dear Wines and Steins Friends,

Join us this Friday, August 1st @ 6:00 p.m. for our monthly Membership Meeting as we kick-off a new Wines & Steins year!

*Marty has another great speaker for the meeting:

As harvest is bearing down upon us; Amy Kolberg of Vinquiry, will address proper yeast selection (why it is important), use of tannins, color stabilization, etc., She will also talk about issues that can arise during that period and how to avoid them. e.g. What is VA, what can cause it, and how to detect it.

Plan to join us for another fun & informational meeting.

Welcome new people to our club! Introduce yourself & invite them to join you.

Guests are a great way to introduce others to our club.
Everyone bring wine &/or beer for our

tasting table. Bring extra if you want a bottle on your table.

Potluck means everyone is expected to bring a

favorite dish to share. If you bring guests, please

bring an extra dish ;) & don't forget your table

settings.

Please provide:

Appetizers
Side Dish or Entree
Desserts

*Please plan to bring extra entrees as there will be NO BBQ this month.

6:00-6:30 Welcome - all check in @ front door table

6:30-7:15 Business & Presentation-grab one more glass & be seated for the information period of our meeting.

7:15-7:30 BBQ time/ Food prep.& ready on serving tables.

7:30- Dinner line opens-please allow our speakers to start the line. Then eat & visit @ your leisure, clean your area as you finish. Leave your table & chairs until..... 9:30 start collective clean up!
