During our meeting for the month of February we will have a Blind Wine tasting. Each table will have its own varietal & a "winning" bottle will be determined for each table. Wines may be professional or amateur, from any place; but should be something reputable that you enjoy or have heard good things about or have been interested in trying.
If you have not signed up yet please email w/ your 1st, 2nd & 3rd table choice from these varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel, Any Other Red (blends included), & Any White. You may sign up as a couple or as individuals. You will bring one bottle per table. You will check your bottles in for bagging & #ing upon arrival.

All regular protocol will prevail in regard to food, table service & etc. EXCEPT: there will be NO BBQ fire.
This tasting will take place immediately following the quick business part of the meeting. If you do not want to "play" there will be other tables available for your seating.
