2:00 - 3:30 First, "The Bitter"
Lowell Zelinski, Ph.D., owner of Precision Ag Consulting, will instruct on developing the farm plan necessary to comply with the new Regional Water Quality Board Requirements. He will have sample plans available.

3:30 - 5:00 Second, "The Sweet"
The second in our "Meet the Winemaker" series, legendary winemaker and winemaking consultant, Signe Zoller, will discuss methods for monitoring your grapes in the field as you prepare for harvest. This will be a hands-on discussion with practical demonstration of commonly-used tests.
