Sign up for our blending seminar to be held at our monthly meeting on November 4th The club will be having an optional Blending Seminar after appetizers and the business portion of our November 4th membership meeting. Blending Seminar is expected to begin around 7:00 pm. We will be blending four red wines - Bordeaux Blend, Rhone Blend, Super Tuscan and Paso Red. We will have two tables for each blend (two Rhone tables, etc) with six people at each table. Please bring a wine in the category you signed up for*. Here are the details: $15 registration fee per person Bring 1 bottle of wine from your Blending category (bring a spare in case it’s corked!) Bring 4 to 6 wine glasses for tasting your blends The club is providing the pipets, graduated cylinders and beakers *Participants are encouraged to bring their own wines and unusual varietals for blending.
