Wines & Steins 2015-2016
Dear Wines and Steins Friends,
Our next membership meeting will be Friday, March 4th, 2016 @ 6:00 p.m.
This meeting will primarily be a BEER event with tasting of the beer that Mike Andrews and all made on January 29th. Beer makers are encouraged to bring some of their beer to taste.
There will be a mini-auction featuring recently acquired new bottles.
Also, plan to sign up for a the blind-wine tasting event to be held during the April monthly meeting.
St Patrick's Day occurs in March so we encourage you to wear GREEN and bring your favorite St. Patty's dish to celebrate this holiday.
Our November 6

meeting will feature a presentation by Paul Quinn from Opolo
Vineyards. Among other Winery responsibilities, Paul is responsible for Opolo’s
relatively new distillation process and the products it produces. This will be an
