Our guest speaker will be: Heidi Changala. Heidi, who along with her husband, Jean, own Changala Winery.  Heidi's presentation will focus on the significance of the new Paso Robles sub-appellations that have been created within the Paso Robles AVA, more specifically as it relates to the wines produced within each of those sub-appellations.  She is also planning on bringing for us to taste, one wine produced from her winery's Willow Creek Sub-AVA, as well as two Cabs they produced; one from a West Side vineyard and one from an East Side vineyard.  They will clearly demonstrate the differences from the newly defined Sub-AVAs.  This will be a great opportunity for us to learn about the impact of the changes that better define our wine producing area.
