Wines and Steins
 

On the first Friday of each month we have a General Membership Meeting to share information about upcoming events, conduct any necessary business, share in a Pot Luck dinner, and enjoy the fruits of our labor (Wine and Beer). Often we will have a guest speaker on some aspect of Beer Brewing, Wine Making, Vineyard Management or related topics. 

All attendees: Please check in every meeting @ the front door Welcome table.

Meeting Agenda:

5:30 Meeting Setup (Including BBQ)
6:00-6:30 Happy Hour and Check-in
6:30-7:00 Business Meeting
7:00-7:30 Presentation
7:30-7:45 BBQ time/ Food prep & ready
7:45 Potluck Dinner line opens- eat & visit @ your leisure, clean your area as you finish. Leave your table & chairs until...
9:00-9:30 Collective Clean Up
     

What to Bring:

The meeting announcement will specify if there will be a potluck or BBQ event.  If indicated, everyone should bring a Pot Luck dish to share (6-8 portions). For BBQ nights, bring your own meat to grill.  For every meeting, bring your favorite Beer and Wine to share @ the tasting table (One Bottle or Six-Pack per Couple). We encourage that people bring their own creations of Beer and Wine. Don't forget your personal table settings for dinner.
