Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grapes available soon

    Updated 10/05/19

Peter Saxby, a former member, and his neighbor, will have Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah grapes available in a few weeks.  Very nice fruit.

He prefers to sell in half ton increments if possible, but may negotiate that.  This might be a good opportunity to share a purchase with other members if it suits you.

He could use help picking and if you help he will adjust the price. The vineyards are in Paso Robles.

Call Peter at 805-239-0733 to work with him on arrangements, including the possibility of crushing on-site, if schedules permit.

David Athey has Syrah and Grenache that would be perfect for a home winemaker. He cannot make wine this year so he is looking to sell or trade. 1000 lbs for 300 or trade etc.

Jim Wilkins has tons of grapes available. several varieties Temperrnillo, Malbec, Primitivo, Syrah, Merlot, Cab, Petite Syrah.  I have someone interested in some Tempernillo. He likes to sell it in half ton  increments. You can pick for a really good deal or if several are buying than can share picking costs also the more that buy the lower the cost. let me know what you migh be interested in. Maybe we can get creative. Text or call Scott 8058783023.

    Sangiovese grapes for sale

Janice and I will have Sangiovese grapes for sale in early October.  Mostly organically grown, on a hill in Paso Robles, with minimal amount of water and lots of love.

The package includes assistance in picking, crushing and pressing.

My wife and I moved to Paso about two years ago. The property we purchased has a small vineyard that is about 15 years old. It includes about 250 vines (85% Zin, 15% Petite Sirah) producing a little over a barrel of wine each year (approx 24 cases) plus a bit to top off during the year.

The person who has been making the wine for years has reached a point where he needs to retire from it. As I am not able to take it on myself, I am wondering if someone might want to have the grapes.

If so, please email me at terry@terryarmstrong.biz or call me at 301-273-5252.
