Monthly Membership Meeting

It is very exciting to celebrate our 35th year of Wines & Steins; 2013-2014!  

Join us this Friday, September 6th @ 6:00 p.m. for our Membership Meeting.

Our guest speaker for Sept 6th meeting will be Jim Gerakaris, Sommelier at Justin Winery.  Jim will present a shortened version of his seminar on Understanding Wine Tasting.  It
is a deductive method of approaching the tasting of wine.  Everyone will get a pour of Justin wine to use during the presentation.  We may be short on club glasses, so bring your own if you can.  It should be a very interesting presentation and I hope you can all participate.

Everyone please bring wine &/or beer to share for our tasting table & don't forget your personal table settings for dinner. Also provide:

Appetizers----------Last names starting w/ letters A-C
Side Dish or Entree--Last names starting w/ letters D-P 

Desserts-----------Last names starting w/ letters Q-Z

 

  6:00-6:30 Welcome-check in @ front door table

  6:30-7:15 Business & Presentation-grab one more glass & be seated for the information period of our meeting.

  7:15-7:30 BBQ time/ Food prep.& ready

  7:30- Dinner line opens-eat & visit @ your leisure, clean your area as you finish. Leave your table & chairs until...

...9:00- 9:30 Collective clean up!
