Program for April 7th

Our speaker for April 7th will be Marcy Mallette, Winemaker and Technical Representative for Laffort. If you are a winemaker, you have probably used their products (yeasts, nutrients, enzymes, tannins, etc.)  They also have a line of wine additives to improve/alter the taste of wines in the final stages before bottling.  You can click here to learn more about Laffort products.

Marcy would like to demonstrate these products and is asking us to provide 2 or 3 each of whites and reds.  So, please contact Mike Ferree if you have a wine that might benefit from a visit to the "wine doctor".  mchferr4@aol.com

We will also be having a white elephant raffle immediately following the 50/50 drawing at our April W&S meeting.

We will have a brief business meeting. Please contact President Tom Johnson (email drtomkjohnson@gmail.com) if you have an item for discussion.

2017 Dues: Please remember that the 2017 membership dues have been increased to $45. 

The popular 50:50 raffle will be conducted by Leslie Cruzen.

Dinner: Please bring a dish to share (6+ servings) – Appetizer, Salad, Side dish, Main dish, Dessert

Beverage: Please bring a bottle to share at the open bar table.  If you can spare and extra bottle for our equipment storage unit trade, it would be much appreciated.

Guests: Members are encouraged to bring guests and potential new members.
